First Meeting Coming Up!

Keeping track and on course for everything with these festival, we have our first bi-monthly meeting coming up and it’s informal and to the point. We want to get to the planning stages of events to happen for the fest. Everything naturally is coming together and people in Cedar City are pretty optimistic for the fest. I’ll be on the air with KSUB Talk Radio on Friday morning to talk about plans for the fest. We have a lot to do but there is no stress involved. I’m really excited to see everything coming to fruition and taking on a life of its own.

So we have the meeting scheduled for tomorrow:

“The 2015 Utah UFO Festival (happening in Cedar City next August) is having it’s first planning meeting at 340 E. DL Sargent Drive in Cedar City, Utah this Thursday, Oct 9th at 7PM! The meeting is open to the public & anyone who is interested in getting involved with Cedar City’s first UFO Festival.”

This is a chance to see the first step. I’m doing research on line looking for a plan of actions, and steps to take to get this thing off the ground. Good things are happening!

2015 Utah UFO FestivalThis Thursday, October 9th, 2014 is the first planning meeting for the 2015 Utah UFO Festival scheduled with the proposed dates of August 19-23, this summer. So far, everything is on track and there’s a lot of interest in the local community to see this festival come to fruition. I’m really excited to be starting this. Southern Utah has never had a festival like this and it’s time to include our community in the greater loop of Southwestern Culture.

Utah’s First UFO Festival!

Cedar City, Utah, is about to receive its very first UFO Festival this year which is in the planning phase. This is the official blog page for the festival slated to take place on August 19-23rd, 2015. We are networking with the Cedar City Tourism Bureau, The town of Cedar City, SUU, the Chamber of Commerce, and Cedar Breaks National Monument as well as the town of Rachel, Nevada, out by Area 51. Cedar City is within 3 hours driving distance to the notorious secret military installation via Southern Nevada’s Extraterrestrial Highway. What many people don’t realize is that Cedar is also located within 3 hours of Utah very own historical UFO Crash Site. Stay tuned!
