Alien and UFO themed vendors are welcome at the 2017 Utah UFO Festival. Vending spaces will be available on a first-come first-serve basis. Your table/tent/booth will need to be related to the topic of the event – We don’t want it becoming a swap-meet. We would like to see original artwork, UFO Books, music, etc. If you plan on coming to our event and setting up a booth, please contact us beforehand so we can give you the green light! If you are planning on making money at the event we would ask you to consider donating something to help us recoup costs in paying for the event. A suggested donation would be about $100 dollars. People came to our inaugural event last year looking for stuff to buy. If you are a business in Utah that has made more than $2,000 a year in profit, you will need to have a vendor permit from Iron County to sell merchandise! That is the responsibility of each vendor!
Tables are not available. You must have your own tent, booth, canopy and tables. We are at a outdoor recreation area in the high desert so you want to make sure you bring lawn chairs, proper shade, and tie downs for windy days. We have a large pavilion but space is limited.
All Vendors Must Get a Ticket
Please visit the Eventbrite ticket page and when booking a ticket select the Vendor option under ticketing and the proper donation amount can be submitted through here when reserving your spot. If you wish to wait until the event contribute, that is okay as well!
